I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people work — what motivates them, what holds them back, and how small changes in structure or communication can completely shift performances and learning curves. What I enjoy most is working at that intersection: using data to understand what’s going on, and then translating that into changes that improve both performance and engagement. That’s the kind of work I’m looking to keep building on.
